As with refurbishments, we can either work as your Project Managers at an agreed final cost % or give you a price for the works proposed. We can either get involved at the point you have plans agreed and building regulations or be there with you from the start to secure architectural help and provide price guiding to see if really is worth you doing the works on your home.
